How do you stay optimistic!

There are a number of things you can do to stay optimistic.
We are all currently experiencing stress about the current uncertain world situation
Uncertainty about what, where and when, arouses fear in most of us
And about the dichotomy in society as a result of which groups of people come to oppose each other.
In your own immediate environment and within your family about the choices people make based on the information they consider reliable.
This brings with it deep feelings of impotence as many will find that people are unable to rethink their opinions and ideas.

First, recognize that you feel these emotions and resistance about the situation you are in.
Then you become fully present with the present moment and state so that you can let your resistance dissolve. By letting everything you experience internally be completely there, not pushing it away so that it is felt, seen, lifted and transformed.
So without changing anything, you can now choose to focus on the things in your life that you are grateful for, or choose to write them out.
Choose activities that help you relax every day, for example: listening to music, yoga, walking in the garden, working, reading, etc.
