The new kriya for the next 3 weeks is again a special one:
His name is the P fruit Kriya
but then the English fruit that starts with a P so we added a list.
In the last week we will do a three-day challenge together where you can also eat vegetables and potatoes.
Together with the kriya it is a fantastic spring/summer cleanse that makes your body alkaline quickly.
The Kriya is a tough one with a number of aerobic exercises but as always of course adaptable to what is possible for you, of course, the condition is that you challenge yourself.
We are 1/3 animal the movements of some exercises are copied from animals that are not overweight who do not overeat, at least the animals that live in the wild.
At each lesson you take a washed piece of fruit with you that you eat at the very end with attention and taste.
Breathing exercises give your metabolism a huge boost.
