Fry the onions and garlic in the oil, add the roti herbs and possibly the golden mellow melange.  Add the tomato puree and stir well. Now you can add the potato cubes and mix this well again,  add the water and the pepper sliced in halve and the seeds removed. Bring everything to the boil and put a lid on the pan and lower the heat. After 5 minutes add the sweet potato.  15 minutes later the green beans let everything continue to boil for about 10 minutes until everything is cooked.  Stir the cooked eggs through. Bake the roti sheets according to the instructions on the package.

Serve and enjoy!

Benefits of Ashwagandha
There are a number of ingredients in yoursuper that are very good for your entire system, we now highlight one for you:

Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera or winter cherry, a plant of the Solanaceae family) is an important herb in Ayurvedic medicine and has been used for thousands of years. Withanolides are the most important medicinal ingredients; ashwagandha contains the largest and most structurally diverse collection of withanolides of all plants. Ashwagandha is also referred to as “Indian” ginseng or “royal herb” because ashwagandha’s adaptogenic properties are similar to those of ginseng and the herb occupies a prominent place in Ayurvedic medicine. As an adaptogen, ashwagandha increases non-specific resistance to disease and physical and psychological stress (acute / chronic). Ashwagandha has a broad effect, improves the condition of body and mind and contributes to a healthy and long life. The herb prevents cell aging, is good for thinking and memory and has stress-reducing, anti-anxiety, antidepressant, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, antioxidant, hormone-regulating and muscle-strengthening effects, among other things. The indications for ashwagandha are based on traditional uses, preclinical studies and a limited number of clinical studies.
